General Payment

All payments to HostLease are non refundable (unless covered by 14 day Money Back Guarantee). This includes any setup fees and monthly fees regardless of usage..

All billing disputes must be reported within 14 days of the time the dispute occurred. Disputed charges to your credit card issuer, also known as charge backs, in Hostlease's discretion which is valid, under the terms and conditions of our SLA, AUP, and TOS, will result in service interruption, and reconnection fees to restore the desired service.

Products that are not covered by our 14 Days money back guarantee

We Don't have any refund policy for Domains, SSL, Dedicated IP addresses, service upgrade resources, VPS & Dedicated Server. Once the Order is placed and if its delivered from HostLease then you will not get refund for the order you have paid.

Keeping asking for refunds for the same client

You can max request 3 times a refund on your purchased product, we do not keep constantly accepting money and refunding it by the same user.

If you as client keep asking for refunds of the products are here some examples that you might help how we provide our refunds:

  • You ordered a product but not happy with the service that we provide. Ok then you get a full refund within 14 days.
  • You ordered multiple service by an accedent, you can just get a refund of it.
  • Here are the points if we refuse your refund request:
    (a) Using the service for a week or 2 weeks witin the refund term, and asking multiple that time for a refund.
    (b) Upload your credits on your account, this cannot be refunded
    (c) Violating our Terms Of Service of our service
    (d) Abusing our service that we providing.
